1. Definitions

"Company" means Spider SAP. "Suite" means Spider Radar. "Product" means any product within the Spider Radar suite such as Spider Alpha (V1). "Website" means the official Spider Radar website. "User" means any person using the website or products. "Account" means the user's subscription to Spider Radar products.

2. Service Description

Spider Radar is a suite of advanced visual technical analysis software tools providing quantitative analysis and multi-layer visual display of financial data, available through TradingView. The products do not provide:

• Investment advice
• Trading signals
• Financial consulting
• Portfolio management

3. Account and Free Trial

To register for the free trial, you must complete the trial request form, provide your Full Name, Email, Phone Number, Country, and TradingView Username, and agree to all policies.

Free trial terms: trial duration is limited (will be announced), no credit card required, does not automatically convert to a paid subscription, the Company reserves the right to terminate the trial at any time, trial activation is subject to review, availability, and operational controls, and trial duration and number of available users may change or be discontinued according to company policy.

The Company may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, misuse the product, or the law requires us to.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities under your account, maintaining the confidentiality of your information, lawful use of the product, and complying with local and international laws. You may not use the product for illegal purposes, attempt to hack or disrupt the system, or resell or distribute the product without a license.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Spider Radar and Spider SAP are reserved, including software and algorithms, designs and charts, content and educational materials, and logos and trademarks. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the product, or use the name Spider SAP or Spider Radar without a license.

6. Disclaimer

The product is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not guarantee any profits or results. Trading in financial markets carries significant risks and you are solely responsible for your investment decisions. For the full disclaimer, see the Legal Disclaimer page.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any financial losses, lost profits, direct or indirect damages, or investment decisions based on the analyses.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the Company and its employees and partners from any losses or damages resulting from your use of the product, any violation of these terms, or any disputes with third parties.

9. Service Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, modify or discontinue the service at any time, and change the terms of the free trial.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Egyptian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes your acceptance.
