The following is strictly prohibited: illegal use (using the product for illegal activities, market manipulation, fraud or deception); system abuse (attempting to hack or disrupt the system, using malware or viruses, cyber attacks in any form); intellectual property violation (copying, modifying, or distributing the product, using logos without a license, impersonating the Company); content abuse (posting illegal or harmful content, harassment or discrimination, spreading misleading information); and unauthorized commercial use (reselling the product, offering the product as a service without a license, using the product for White Label services).

3. Consequences of Violation

In case of violation of this policy, we may take the following actions:

• Warning
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Legal action
